Recovery Results

Well, last week was my recovery week. The workouts had a much slower, yet still effective pace, and I saw great results. I lost about a pound and a half and enjoyed recovering from the "insane" workouts from the past month. I am soooooo excited that this weekend I might finally be in the 140's again. It seems like just yesterday I started this awesome program. I can't believe the change in my body in such a short amount of time.
