Protein After Workouts

The best way to build muscle is to eat a good dose of protein within an hour of working out. Ideally, you should have one gram of protein per pound of body weight daily. (ex. 150 lbs = 150 grams)I know that sounds hard to do, but there are many protein bars that can help you get over 20 grams at a time. Lean meats are always great. Mozzarella sticks and skim milk have protein as well. Just do your best. Remember, muscle burns fat.
