Eat Regularly

Many people today believe the best way to lose weight is to avoid eating as much as possible. This is actually counter-productive, however, because it causes your body to go into starvation mode, and therefore hold on to all you give it.
Research shows that if you really want to lose weight, stoke your metabolism by eating frequent small meals and snacks, waiting no longer than three hours from one to another.
